Fabrok currently ships only to addresses within the United States and offers free shipping on all eligible orders.
- Shipping Destination
We ship only to the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and overseas military addresses). Please contact us in advance for any special requests. - Free Shipping
All qualifying orders shipped to the United States receive free shipping. - Order Processing Time
Orders successfully paid before 2:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders paid after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or Chinese public holidays. - Shipping Time
After the order is shipped, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the package is dispatched. - Shipping Partners
We work with reliable international logistics providers to deliver packages to the United States, where local carriers complete final delivery. - Receiving and Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If visible damage is present, take photos and refuse the package, then contact us immediately. After signing for the package, open and inspect the contents as soon as possible. - Delays and Force Majeure
