  1. Return Window
    You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
  2. Return Conditions
    Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all original accessories, tags, and instructions. Returns are accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size. The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Products that have been used or show signs of damage caused by the customer
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)

  1. Return Process
    Please email support@fabrok.shop with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged). We will reply within 1-2 business days and provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a quality issue or was shipped incorrectly.
  2. Refund Processing
    After we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and usually takes an additional 3-7 business days.
  3. Quality Issues and Incorrect Items
    If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. After verification, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
